GTS Global Travel is a third party company that specializes in marketing vacation weeks for owners. In collaboration with KIVC, we help members rent out their vacation weeks to generate income.

Was The Fee Included At Time Of Purchase?

No, GTS does not allow resorts to include or pay on our behalf.

 

What is the process for joining the GTS Global Travel marketing program?

After paying a one-time fee of $595 (or $525 using the $70 early enrollment coupon), members can choose to rent up to five weeks per year through GTS Global Travel. This fee grants access to our marketing services, with no additional fees for five years.

 

How do I get started with GTS Global Travel?

Simply complete the enrollment paperwork, pay the one-time fee, and indicate how many weeks you would like to deposit into the program. We will then begin marketing your weeks.

 

When can I expect rental confirmations?

Rental requests and confirmations are always sent to members via email as soon as they are received. Booking windows and demand can affect timing, but you will be informed of all reservations as they are confirmed.

 

Can I use my weeks personally even if I enroll in the GTS Global Travel marketing program?

Yes, members have the complete flexibility to use their weeks personally at any time without notifying GTS. Only weeks with confirmed reservation status or ones for which rental income has already been received are no longer available.

 

How do I receive payments from rented weeks?

For members residing in the U.S. or Canada, payments will be sent by paper check through the post office. Members who reside in other countries may request funds by ACH or bank wire transfer for an additional fee.

Our representatives are available via email, text, or phone to assist with any questions. Contact information, including our U.S. and Mexico offices, is available on our website.

 

What are the guarantees that my weeks will be rented?

While GTS Global Travel works hard to secure reservations for all our clients, there are many circumstances that are out of our control. For example, natural disasters, pandemics, seasonal availability, and simple supply and demand can greatly affect the volume of weeks rented each year. For these reasons, GTS Global Travel makes no guarantees, written or expressed. There are no guarantees on the number of weeks that will be rented in a year, when the rental income will be received, nor the amount received for each rental.

 

What if all five weeks do not rent in a year?

No member will ever lose a week because it is not rented. If less than five weeks are rented in a year, any remaining weeks simply roll over to the following year. However, the maximum number of rentals allowed each year is five, regardless of any rollover.

 

Is anything else included with my GTS Global Travel membership?

No, GTS Global Travel does nothing more than rent vacation weeks for members who own them. GTS Global offers no benefits associated with airfares, cruises, car rentals, or activities.
